# Update account Email Sending suppression

client.EmailSending.Suppressions.Edit(ctx, suppressionID, params) (\*[SuppressionEditResponse](https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/go/resources/email%5Fsending#%28resource%29%20email%5Fsending.suppressions%20%3E%20%28model%29%20SuppressionEditResponse%20%3E%20%28schema%29), error)

PATCH/accounts/{account\_id}/email/sending/suppressions/{suppression\_id}

Updates expiry or advisory note fields without changing legacy internal zone memberships.
