# Create account Email Sending suppression

email\_sending.suppressions.create(SuppressionCreateParams\*\*kwargs)  \-> [SuppressionCreateResponse](https://developers.cloudflare.com/api/python/resources/email%5Fsending#%28resource%29%20email%5Fsending.suppressions%20%3E%20%28model%29%20suppression%5Fcreate%5Fresponse%20%3E%20%28schema%29)

POST/accounts/{account\_id}/email/sending/suppressions

Creates an account-wide suppression. If a mutable legacy zone-linked row already exists, it is promoted without changing its identifier.
