## Beta service terms

This software is made available as a "Beta Service" under the agreement applicable to your Cloudflare account. By downloading, installing, or using this software, you agree that your use is governed by that agreement. Depending on your subscription type, the applicable agreement is either the Cloudflare Self-Serve Terms of Service ([https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/ ↗︎](https://www.cloudflare.com/terms/)), the Cloudflare Enterprise Terms ([https://www.cloudflare.com/enterpriseterms/ ↗︎](https://www.cloudflare.com/enterpriseterms/)), or a separately negotiated written agreement between you and Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes personal information as described in its Privacy Policy ([https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ ↗︎](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/)). If you do not agree to the applicable terms, do not download, install, or use this software.
