Add a participant

realtime_kit.meetings.add_participant(strmeeting_id, MeetingAddParticipantParams**kwargs) -> MeetingAddParticipantResponse
POST/accounts/{account_id}/realtime/kit/{app_id}/meetings/{meeting_id}/participants

Adds a participant to the given meeting ID.

account_id: str

The account identifier tag.

The app identifier tag.

meeting_id: str

custom_participant_id: str

A unique participant ID. You must specify a unique ID for the participant, for example, UUID, email address, and so on.

preset_name: str

Name of the preset to apply to this participant.

token: Optional[Token]

Validity window of the participant authentication token. The window is [not_before, expires_on) and cannot be longer than 100 days. Defaults to a token valid from now for 100 days.

expires_on: Optional[Union[str, datetime]]

RFC 3339 timestamp with a timezone at or after which the token cannot be used. Must be in the future. Defaults to not_before plus 100 days.

not_before: Optional[Union[str, datetime]]

RFC 3339 timestamp with a timezone before which the token cannot be used. Defaults to the current time. May be in the past.

(Optional) Name of the participant.

picture: Optional[str]

(Optional) A URL to a picture to be used for the participant.

Represents a participant.

id: str

ID of the participant.

The participant’s auth token that can be used for joining a meeting from the client side.

created_at: datetime

When this object was created. The time is returned in ISO format.

A unique participant ID generated by the client.

preset_name: str

Preset applied to the participant.

updated_at: datetime

When this object was updated. The time is returned in ISO format.

expires_on: Optional[datetime]

Time at which the token stops being valid, in UTC. Returned when adding a participant.

name: Optional[str]

Name of the participant.

not_before: Optional[datetime]

Time from which the token is valid, in UTC. Returned when adding a participant.

URL to a picture of the participant.
